With a registered capital of 12 million RMB and a factory area of over 10, 000 square meters, the company has 100+ employees. Our products serve a wide range of industries, including aerospace, semiconductors, mining equipment, new energy, agricultural machinery, medical equipment, automation equipment, drones, and home appliances. Since its establishment in 2015, the company has been committed to equipment upgrades. Our business is currently divided into two workshops: Sheet metal and machining. The sheet metal workshop is equipped with 1 unit of 20000W*2500*12000 laser cutting machine, 1 unit of 3000W*2500*6000 laser cutting machine, 1 unit of 5-axis CNC water cutting machine, 1 unit of shearing machine, 1 unit of CNC turret punching machine, 2 units of 160-ton bending machines, 2 units of flatbed machines, and 1 unit of press machine. We can meet the cutting and forming needs of various materials and thicknesses.

The sheet metal welding workshop is equipped with 4 units of OTC welding robots, over 30 TIG/MIG welding machines, and 1 unit of resistance welding machine. The company has also passed ISO15614 and AWSD1.1 welding process qualifications, and employs 2 welding engineers with IWE qualifications, 10 employees with ISO9606 welding qualifications, and 6 NDT inspectors.

The machining workshop is equipped with 1 unit of five-axis machining center made in German, 5 units of four-axis machining centers, and 8 units of three-axis machining centers, capable of high-precision machining of various materials such as copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, ductile iron, and silicon aluminum alloy.

Received the sample or drawing in CAD STP form then we will make the quotation.

2.How about the lead time?
It depends on quantity, generally 7-20 working days after order confirmation.

3.Can you give me help if my products are very urgent?
Yes, we will try our best to give you help. Because we have our own factory to produce. We can flexible to adjust our production schedule.

4.I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
Sure, we will not display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.

5.Can we know the production process without visiting the factory?
We will offer a detailed production schedule and send pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
