The sheet metal workshop is equipped with 1 unit of 20000W*2500*12000 laser cutting machine, 1 unit of 3000W*2500*6000 laser cutting machine, 1 unit of 5-axis CNC water cutting machine, 1 unit of shearing machine, 1 unit of CNC turret punching machine, 2 units of 160-ton bending machines, 2 units of flatbed machines, and 1 unit of press machine. We can meet the cutting and forming needs of various materials and thicknesses.
The sheet metal welding workshop is equipped with 4 units of OTC welding robots, over 30 TIG/MIG welding machines, and 1 unit of resistance welding machine. The company has also passed ISO15614 and AWSD1.1 welding process qualifications, and employs 2 welding engineers with IWE qualifications, 10 employees with ISO9606 welding qualifications, and 6 NDT inspectors.
The machining workshop is equipped with 1 unit of five-axis machining center made in German, 5 units of four-axis machining centers, and 8 units of three-axis machining centers, capable of high-precision machining of various materials such as copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, ductile iron, and silicon aluminum alloy.
